AT&T

Within the Consumer Experience Team (CXT), I was responsible for the daily design operation of the studio. Design assignments, creative reviews, and time reporting went through me and my team. I oversaw the internal and external teams' design delivery of visual, motion, UI/UX, and applications, along with onboarding, training, asset management, and on-going design team building. This work represents internal and external teams I managed to execute work.
