As the Design Lead for REI Retail, I was responsible for all consumer internal and external touchpoints. For brick & mortar experiences, we created in-store promotions, wayfinding, private-label packaging, and Novara bicycles. I also worked in an advisory role interfacing with external strategists and architects for the REI Store of the Future. Our external touchpoints were focused on direct mail for member events and seasonal sales.
